Lx IWMS has expanded this capability even further in version 7.1 with the addition of Lx Capital Projects, a full featured capital program and project management module designed with the help of two current clients.

This new feature set, built onto the Lx IWMS platform by Lucernex, allows you to create schedules and budgets for capital programs and assign them to intelligently selected locations, each of which will have an automatically generated capital project tied to it. Users can then track the impact of the capital program across all impacted facilities, leases or other assets.

Now, if you need to re-brand 1,500 units, you can create a program that will manage the schedule, budget issues, and tasks associated with each one using just a few clicks. All of that information is rolled up, real-time at the program level so you can always see which units are on track and on budget…and which are not. Users can also view the individual capital projects at the facility level alone or alongside the facility budget and schedule.
