Director of Training & Sales, Cinnamon Trimmer
Cinnamon Trimmer is the Director of Training and Sales for LseMod. She has over 13 years experience in commercial real estate and has worked extensively with corporate and commercial clients in the States and abroad.
Cinnamon began her career in the industry in 1994 with Colliers International Silicon Valley, a global partnership of real estate services firms with 267 offices in 57 countries. During her tenure there, she and her team worked in all aspects of the field, including leasing, subleasing, selling and purchasing over five million square feet of commercial real estate. She represented both landlords and tenants domestically and internationally. As a tenant rep agent working with medical device, toy, and software companies, Cinnamon was a part of teams that negotiated deals on properties ranging from 450 to over 600,000 square feet.
While working at Colliers, Cinnamon used LseMod as the driving tool for all her lease analyses, and saw firsthand how LseMod’s flexible, easy-to-use format and professional, standardized reports saved time, impressed the bosses, and won clients.
Cinnamon joined LseMod in 2005, and provides demos, training, and support for potential and established customers. She lives in Colorado with her husband and four sons.

Business Development & Product Direction,
Derek Visocky, Advisor
Derek comes well suited to the LseMod team with 22 years experience in the areas of real estate, finance and enterprise software.
Derek began his real estate career by completing a degree in Real Estate & Urban Planning under Grasskamp professors at the University of Wisconsin system, and included a double major in Finance. He later added an MBA from the University of Arizona with dual emphasis in Finance and Information Systems. Working internships included Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation (MGIC), Trammell Crow, and Del Webb Corporation (now part of Pulte Homes).
Derek’s finance education took him down the path of an IPO and then into corporate finance, where he was Controller of Operations for a Fortune 200 company. While in that role, he tired of the manual ways of performing financial reporting and analysis, and leveraged his information systems education to automate financial and reporting processes. In doing so, Derek was intrigued by the software industry and its ability to make life easier for the people who made the best use of it. Over the past 13 years, he has spent the majority of that time in the software areas of Financial Reporting & Analysis and Business Intelligence.
In 2005, while attending a corporate real estate conference, Derek was highly impressed with the functionality and sophistication of the LseMod product line, and bought it for a corporate real estate advisory firm for which he was advising. In doing so, he befriended LseMod's founder and shared his experiences from over a decade in the software industry, and hence became an advisor to Lease Cost Solutions.
Derek lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and three children where he works for one of the world's largest software companies. Contact Derek.
