How to calculate the add-on or loss factor

Go to the SQUARE FOOTAGE input section and click on the Calculator button.

Change as necessary any of the values displayed (example below), the calculator will do the rest!

TIP: LseMod also has a calculator if you need to calculate the Blended Space factors. Click on the Tools button on LseMod’s toolbar and select Calculators - Blended Space, Rent, Wt. Avg. Rent or go to the Help sheet and click on the Calculators button. In either case, from the listing that will be displayed, select Go to Blended Space Calculator.
