How to change the rent from per year to per month or visa versa

In the Silver Series the rent format is changed in the Rent Assumptions input section by clicking on one of the buttons. The default, i.e. how LseMod is “shipped”, is with the rent on a per year basis.

In the Gold Series, the rent format is changed in the Financial Information input section.

TIP: If you are in a market where per month is typical, e.g. California, create your own template of LseMod with the Rent ALWAYS on a per month basis so that you do not need to remember to change it each time.
