LseMod Help |
You can include free rent 3 ways in our programs. Choose
which one works best for you. 1.
In
the RENT ASSUMPTIONS
input section, you’ll find a Free Rent button labeled CLICK to change
or set free rent.
Click the button; your curser will be flashing in a white box, which will allow
you to set the free rent upfront in your term. However if you have free rent
spread out in your term see step 2. 2.
Sometimes
landlords will spread free rent over a term. You can do this too in LseMod.
Follow step 1; however, do not account for free rent up front, instead click on
the button, which says Go to Free Rent Input Form.
This will take you to another page where you will see your entire term filled
out down the page. Find the particular month of free rent and enter the
percentage of free rent, e.g. 100%.
You can enter any percentage you wish. How to add Free Rent

3.
The
third way to account for free rent is by using the Additional
Inputs
sheet. Find the appropriate month,
and then under the rent section in the white column reduce the rental amount
shown by the amount desired.
