Agreements
LseMod
offers an annual Support
Agreement that includes Free Product Upgrades, 24/7 technical support and
additional training. If you have a current Support Agreement, technical support
is at no charge. If you do not have a Support Agreement, technical support is
charged at the then current rate on a per call basis and must be paid at the
time of the call with an acceptable credit
card.
The Support Agreement must be purchased at the time of the initial
purchase. If it has expired, LseMod may, but is not obligated to, allow users to
re-instate their Support Agreement by paying ALL the catch-up costs as if the
Support Agreement had never lapsed. The option to allow re-instatement of
Support Agreements is at LseMod’s sole discretion and is dependent upon how long
the prior Support Agreement has lapsed.
