Color Codes in Help

Within this help file you will find some color codes that we have added for simplicity and consistency.

Modify Reports (bold blue) – refers to a button on the spreadsheet or toolbar (see below)

LM, F, M, etc. (bold blue) – refers to button on the toolbar or a button on the spreadsheet (see above)

Adjust column width to fit data – (in italics), refers to a drop down menu accessed from a button

Inputs, Mgmt Summary, etc. (bold purple) – refers to a sheet (tabs on the bottom of the Excel file)

Inputs – Section 3 LEASE TERM  (Sometimes Capitalized and always in italics) – refers to Section 3 on the Inputs sheet, titled Lease Term. Note: In most cases we do not show the Section # since the Section # can be different in different programs.
