How to link 2 LseMod files

Sometimes you may want to link 2 LseMod files. For instance, you have done an analysis in Tenant Rep and want to see the deal from the Landlord’s perspective.

Open the file you want to link, in this example the Tenant Rep file. Next open a BLANK LseMod Landlord.

In LseMod Landlord, click on the Tools button on LseMod’s toolbar (hammer & wrench) and select the command Select to Link to LseMod Pro, Tenant Rep, Industrial, or LL.

Once the files are linked, whenever you make a change in the source file, e.g. Tenant Rep in this example, the other file will be updated automatically.

CAUTION: The linking is tricky and not all cells are linked, e.g. cells on the Additional Inputs sheet, Special Expenses/Credits, etc. Linked cells are will be colored Pink in Landlord
