How to include a Stamp Tax in LseMod

If you need to include a Stamp Tax or Stamp Duty in LseMod, use the Special Expenses/Credits input section. Overwrite one of the descriptions on the left.

TIP: If you have a custom template you can have the month and year be the start of the lease by clicking on Use lease mo. and selecting month 1. The date will always be at the start of the lease.

TIP: You can write a formula if the duty is a percentage of the rent, e.g., =rent*rsf*.05. Assumes the rent is per year and a 5% duty.

TIP: Do not use the first listing (labeled as BuyOut of Lease in the example above) if you ALSO use an Agency Fee. The Agency Fee command overwrites the first listing.
