How to include a Commission or Agency Fee in Tenant's Cost

There are two ways to include a Commission or Agency Fee in the Tenant’s Cost. Note in LseMod Landlord and LseMod Sublease, there are input sections for Commission. Also in LseMod Buy, Condo, Purchase and Sale Leaseback there is a specific input area for the Commission.

In LseMod Tenant Rep, Industrial, Pro, etc. include the commission/agency fee in the Special Expenses/Credits section. Clicking on the Agency Fee button will display the message below.

The second approach is to overwrite one of the cells on the left in Special Expenses/Credits with something like Commission and then fill in the commission and the month and year it will be paid.
