How to create formulas in LseMod, shortcuts

Power users may want to write formulas for some of the inputs, e.g. Special Expenses/Credits, or when on the Additional Inputs sheet.

LseMod uses what are called “named ranges” for some fields, e.g. rent, rentable square feet, etc.

For instance, you might write a formula such as =rent*rsf*.05  (5% of the rent, assuming the rent is on an annual basis).

TIP: To find the most commonly used names, click on the Tools button on the LseMod or LseSum toolbar, from the drop down listing select Shortcut 4 formulas. The graphic below is from LseMod Tenant Rep, version 13.5
