Power
users may want to write formulas for some of the inputs, e.g. Special Expenses/Credits, or when on the Additional
Inputs
sheet. LseMod uses what are called “named ranges” for some fields, e.g.
rent, rentable square feet, etc. For instance, you might write a formula such as =rent*rsf*.05 (5% of the rent, assuming the rent is on
an annual basis). TIP: To find the most commonly
used names, click on the Tools button on the LseMod or
LseSum toolbar, from the drop down listing select Shortcut 4 formulas. The graphic below is from LseMod Tenant
