How to find the rent, operating expenses and taxes for any month

To find the rent, ops and taxes for any particular month during the lease, click on the Tools button on LseMod’s toolbar (hammer & wrench) and select What's the rent? (finds rent, ops, tax for any month). After you fill in the lease month, you will get a display like the example below.

TIP: If you have a full service lease or a lease with an expense stop, add the base year cost or expense stop value to the pass-through cost to get the actual cost for that month, i.e. the cost before the deduction for the base year or expense stop.

Note: in LseMod Pro, the month is based on the Occupancy Month, not the GAAP lease term month.
