How to change the description for Other Annual Costs

Sometimes you may have a “special cost” such as a Ground Lease that you want to include in the analysis. That cost would be entered in Other Annual Costs (in the Gold Series it would be entered in a section called Other Monthly Costs).

In the Silver Series, since the category title is in Yellow, you can also change the category description, e.g. make it Ground Lease, and the description will show in the Financial Reports so instead of it saying Other Annual Costs, it will say Ground Lease.

TIP: If you have multiple entries in the category Other Annual Costs, do not change the name. The descriptions and cost of each will show in the Assumptions printout.
