How to Change or Set the Lease Term

The Lease Term (Analysis Term in LseMod Buy, Purchase, Condo and Sale Leaseback) is set on the Inputs sheet in the Lease Term input section. From LseMod’s toolbar, select II (for Input Index), from the drop down listing select Lease Term then OK to go to the input section. Once there, click on the button.

Next you will get a form like the one below,

Select the Start Month, the Year, and the Months for the lease term (Months, not years), then click OK
