LseMod Help |
Sometimes
you may need to know the Partial Term cost, e.g. you are comparing a 5-year
lease with a 3-year lease and you want to find the cost and NPV for the first 3
years of the 5-year lease. Go to the
Lease Term input section, select
Special
Date Options and in the Optional –
Partial Term fill in 36. Click the button to show the Partial Term on the
report. How to show a Partial Term in the
financial analysis

After clicking the button, go to the Financial Summary report, at the
bottom you will see the cost for the first 36 months. Note: We scrolled up to
minimize the size of the graphic below.

You can add the Partial Term cost
to LseSum too, see Related Topics below.
TIP: Use the Modify Reports button at the top of the Reports sheet and select Partial Term Calculation - Show/Not Show to hide or unhide the Partial Term.
