How to change when Project Costs (e.g. construction) start

Sometimes you may want the Project Costs to start at a different date than the lease starts, e.g. you are renewing a lease and will not do the Construction until later in the lease renewal term.

Go to the Lease Term input section and click on the button Show Special Date Options.

Next, overwrite the dates in the Optional – Project Cost Timing to the date the Project Costs will be incurred.

TIP 1: You can also add costs in the input section Special Expenses/Credits.

TIP 2: In LseMod Pro, Capital costs can be added on the Additional Inputs sheet.
