How to save a file using Office 2007 so someone with Office 2003 can open it.

If someone created a file using Office 2007, a person using Office 2003 (or earlier) will NOT be able to open it, UNLESS the person using Office 2007 uses the "save as" option in Office 2007 and saves the file as an Excel 2003 workbook.
