How to move the toolbar

There are two toolbars in LseMod – the LseMod toolbar that starts with LM and the LseSum toolbar that starts with LS.

Office 2003 and earlier versions: When you first open LseMod (the very first time) the toolbar may appear virtually anywhere in the toolbar section. Use your cursor to hover over the 4 vertical dots on the left of the toolbar, a + will appear, now drag it down to the center of your screen, similar to the graphic below. When you open LseSum, do the same and drag it down. Once you have given the toolbars a “home”, they will always appear there and do not need to be moved/dragged again. We like to put one on top of the other since we find that easier.

Office 2007: The toolbar is accessed by clicking on Add-Ins in the Excel menu/ribbon (usually add-ins is on the far right). Your toolbars then appear in a drop down area on the left below the ribbon. There is no need to move them to find them a “home” as was necessary with earlier versions of Excel. Note: The trade-off was that in pre 2007 versions of Excel, the toolbars always were available, you did not need to click on Add-Ins.
