How to add user notes and comments to the reports

In LseMod, we provide a variety of places to add user comments.

Financial Summary Report:

Comments can be added to the left of the report (click on Modify Report, then from the drop down listing select Insert Pictures (Comments/Notes column). From the graphic below, select the 2nd option to create a column on the left. When prompted to find a picture, select Cancel. A text box in the new column can be used for notes.

Comments can be added to the right side. Follow the instructions above, but select the first option. A small text box is displayed. Click on the text box and drag it to make it larger.

Comments can be added at the bottom of the Financial Summary Report. To add additional lines, click on the Modify Report button and from the drop down listing select Add another row to Financial Summary for Notes. You can add unlimited rows, but be careful, the more rows you add, the smaller the print in the printout will be since the print command is formatted to print the entire report on one page.

Assumptions Report:

Comments can be added to the Assumptions printouts, that is the Assumptions found on the Assumptions Reports sheet. It is a tad convoluted since this comment section is really designed to document changes on the Additional Inputs sheet.. Go to the Additional Inputs sheet and in cells C13 and C14 you can make comments. Next click on the Modify Reports button on the Additional Inputs sheet and from the drop down listing select Add Add'l Assumptions Text to assumptions printout. You will see a message box like the one below. When you add it, the assumptions/comments will appear on the bottom of the report.
